Your Project Journey

Start the conversation. Submit a request on our website or through Instagram. We’ll review your goals and schedule a complimentary discovery call to discuss your vision, budget range, and timeline.
Outcome: If we’re a good fit, we’ll schedule your in-home consultation.

In-Home Consultation / Lot Review – $250 (credited if you proceed)
Cody and Kristen will visit your home or lot to review layout ideas, take measurements, and discuss investment ranges. This helps us create your personalized estimate.
Outcome: You’ll receive a preliminary estimate and next-step recommendations tailored to your project.

Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll begin refining your design and selections. We can collaborate with your architect/designer or connect you with our trusted partners. You’ll have full access to our client portal to review plans, materials, and schedules.
Outcome: A final proposal with clear scope, selections, and timeline.

Construction begins once plans and contracts are finalized. Your dedicated Project Manager oversees every detail, with real-time updates, photos, and communication through the portal.
Outcome: A seamless, transparent construction experience that keeps you informed every step of the way.

We’ll walk the completed project together, note any final touches, and provide a detailed warranty package. Our relationship doesn’t end at completion—we’re here for post-project support and care.
Outcome: A finished home that reflects your vision, built with craftsmanship and care.
