2. Design as a design build firm, we'll help you shape your ideas into a fully-formed plan. This includes creating a working design, aligning it with your budget, and preparing a realistic estimate. We also explain how the pre-construction phase helps eliminate costly change orders down the line.

3. Pre-Construction This phase is critical—and it’s one of the most overlooked steps in homebuilding. We go through every detail together, meet with the entire team, and ensure everyone’s on the same page before the first hammer swings. This helps minimize surprises later and gives you clarity on timelines and costs.

4. Construction Process Once we break ground, we keep your daily life in mind. Our construction team secures the job site to minimize disruption and maintain cleanliness and safety. We use Buildertrend, our client portal, to share daily logs, photos, scheduling updates, invoices, and messages—so you’re always in the loop.

5. Finishing Touches As we near the end of the build, we double down on quality checks and detailed walkthroughs. You’ll see the space take final shape—and we’ll address any last-minute tweaks to ensure everything is perfect.

6. Final Walkthrough + Move-In Before we hand over the keys, we do a full walkthrough together. We also include a professional house cleaning and replace all air filters—little touches that make your move-in experience even better!
