We are a family owned and operated home remodeling company. We are based in Spring, Tx. and serve The Greater Houston area. The owners Cody & Kristen Dawson started their journey back in 2020. Cody’s background was project management jobs in O&G. His true passion was always fixing and creating things in their home. Cody is a problem solver, and his strengths are brought into his passion for home remodeling. Eventually his hobby and passion turned into reality once we personally remodeled our own home from there Patriot was born. I could not be happier with the work done by Cody and his crew at my home. They did a partial remodel of my bathroom making my tub into a large walk-in shower and building a closet where my current small shower had been. The crews showed up when scheduled and the end product is exactly what I wanted. They took care to clean at the end of each day so the rest of the home did not look like a construction zone. We couldn’t be more happy with the work Cody and his team did on our home! We had our entire home interior repainted, kitchen cabinets refinished and painted, an accent wall torn out, repaired, and painted, and had board & batten installed floor to ceiling for our fireplace, as well as having our fireplace retiled. We booked Patriot Home Services for multiple home renovation projects. The two major ones were a master bath remodel (new vanity installed, ripped out tub and small shower and replaced with an oversized tiled walk-in shower w/ bench and they made a linen closet from scratch) and converting an open concept formal dining room into a study (built a wall to close in the room and added french doors). Cody and his crew did a great job on all of the projects but these two had the most amazing transformation. I would highly recommend using Patriot Home Services for all of your home repairs/renovations...big or small!
